Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you are charged, when you are not, and how refunds work for Vantage, a product of DigitalwithVineeth, a sole proprietorship run by Vineeth Nair.

The no-charge contract

If your analysis cannot run, your credits are returned automatically. You are only ever charged for a run that completes.

Before every run, Vantage checks that it can actually do the work. If that check fails, or if the run stops partway for a reason on our side, the credits for that run go straight back to your balance. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to wait for us to notice.

Completed runs

Once a run completes and your report is ready, that run is not refundable. The research and analysis cost is spent on our side the moment the run finishes, so a completed report cannot be reversed.

This is why we let you see a sample report and read the pricing details before you spend anything, and why the first Solo analysis is free.

Credits that do not expire

Credits you have bought and not yet used do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them.

Duplicate or accidental payments

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment went through by mistake, write to us and we will refund the duplicate amount. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days of us confirming the duplicate. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show on your statement.

How to raise a refund or a dispute

For any refund question, a duplicate charge, or a payment dispute:

  1. Email support@digitalwithvineeth.com from the email address on your account.
  2. Tell us what happened, and include the payment reference if you have it (it is in the Razorpay confirmation email or your bank statement).
  3. We will confirm what we find within 2 working days and, where a refund is due, start it through Razorpay right away.
